Export NZ Breakfast

Type: Programme

Location: Christchurch

We would like to welcome you along to The Chamber’s second export breakfast for 2019.

The focus for this event is exporting medical technology and innovation for the good of the world.

We are very proud to showcase some of our leading medical research organisations in Canterbury that are not only leaders in their sector in New Zealand but are also having a significant impact on the global stage. Their cutting-edge innovations are making a difference for global good.

David Downs, General Manager Projects at New Zealand Tradeand Enterprise will MC the event and provide an overview of the life-changing medical research and innovation underway at New Zealand’s leading independent biomedical research institute, the Malaghan Institute of Medical Research. He will also share his experience of the breakthrough cancer technology, CAR T-cell therapy.

We will also be joined by ARANZ Medical Chief Executive Bruce Davey. As a successful export organisation, whose customers include the World Health Organisation (WHO), the innovations at ARANZ Medical are focused on good for the world. Hear about the company’s export journey so far, the value of partnerships and the important role that the company’s culture and philosophy play in enhancing their export journey.
